- Shipping:
- Local Delivery: If you live in the Albuquerque metro area, you may be eligible for a reduced local-delivery rate.
- Non-Local USA Delivery: Non-local deliveries within the continental United States are shipped via truck freight from Corrales, New Mexico.
Shipping price depends on delivery location and carrier.
- International Shipping: to be determined.
- Set-Up: Your bed will arrive safely and go together smoothly following the enclosed instructions. You may choose to assemble your outdoor bed yourself. Or you may choose to have us come assemble your bed for you for an additional fee.
- Warranty: The Outdoor Honeymoon Bed wooden frame is warranted free of defective materials for 30 days. All wood is hand-peeled, yet the edges are sanded for safety. The bed is built with a through-bolt system for strength. The fabrics will last for many years and the warranty will be through the manufacturer of the fabric selected. See maintenance guidelines below.
- Maintenance:
- Wood Frame: This is NEW wood and has been oil stained to the color of choice. The wood, not the stain, will take one year to dry thoroughly, so the bolted connections will loosen over time as the wood shrinks somewhat. The connections should be tightened throughout the first year to keep the structure secure. At this time, a protective coating for 1-year-old wood should be applied by the purchaser to protect from the weather.
- Cushions & Mattress: The fabric coverings are weather resistant, but should be covered if there is extreme weather.
- Return Policy: If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your bed within 30 days for full price less shipping costs.
- Privacy Policy: We will not sell or trade your information with anyone. We will not share your information with anyone unless required to do so by law or court order.
